The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors holds the ultimate responsibility for the Company.
The Articles of Association states that the Board of Directors is to consist of three to seven members, as resolved by the General Meeting. The directors of Simrad Optronics are elected for service periods of 2 years. Directors may be re-elected and there is no limit on the number of terms that any one director may serve.
