The Nomination Committee of Simrad Optronics ASA has started the nomination process
The Nomination Committee of Simrad Optronics ASA has started the nomination process and wants to prepare its recommendations to the Annual General Meeting May 7th 2009.
The Committee is preparing nominations for two board members, to be elected for a period of two years.
Recommendations must be addressed to the Nomination Committee by e-mail to: nominationcommittee@simrad-optronics.no before March 27th 2009.
